Join me & Emiko Davies for a P&A cooking class, May 27
First event for my book Pomegranates & Artichokes is a joint cooking class with the beloved food writer Emiko Davies in her brand new Enoteca Marilu in Tuscany
I am beyond excited to announce the first Pomegranates & Artichokes event: A cooking class with no other than the legendary at her new space, Enoteca Marilu.
When: May 27, 2023, 10 AM
Where: Enoteca Marilu, San Miniato (about an hour from Florence), Tuscany
What: We will cook recipes from my newly published cookbook, Pomegranates & Artichokes, recipes and memories of a journey from Iran to Italy. Naturally, some dishes will be from Iran, some from “In between”, and some from Italy. The focus of this will be on stuffed vegetables that best showcase the “journey” of the food and ingredients in these regions. There will also be nibbles and dessert.
